If a resident’s recycling cart has been lost or stolen, resident will need to pay for a replacement.

This process could take a couple of weeks.

If new resident and no cart at residence, call CVWMA at (804) 340-0900 as CVWMA staff will have to verify new occupancy with the City and get approval to deliver a recycling cart.
